My current research deals with how and why group discussion facilitates cooperation in social dilemmas. Specifically, my work is focused on the effects of computer-mediated communication processes in small groups faced with renewable resource dilemmas. I am also interested in applied social psychology research on topics such as promoting resource conservation behavior and managing stakeholder conflict in multi-party environmental disputes.
